We are not alone in this world, nor are we here by chance. The wonders of the creation point towards a Creator who enjoys beauty, variety, balance and order. Jesus spoke of God as a person who cares for each one of us, no matter who we are, or the situation in which we find ourselves. God invites us to return to a healthy, holistic and full life. We are made in God’s image and bear the fingerprint of God in our lives. It is as we discover the relationship that God desires to have with us that life takes on new purpose and direction. It has been said that what pleases God most – is a human being fully alive.

The implications of this understanding are far reaching. Each one of us has great dignity and importance. How we live impacts our Divine Parent, our neighbours, the planet, and ourselves: in this world and the next.
